LODGING POLICIES
The Whitetail Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside the guest rooms; However designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if it is found that guests smoked in the room.
Though We Love Pets- They are allowed only at management's discretion. Additionally a 50.00 per room charge is assessed at check in. This is a one time charge per stay. There will be $250 cleaning fee for any odors, messes, or damages caused by the pet.
Vehicles and/or trailers left on the property when there are no associated guests staying at the motel will be billed a $10.00 per night per vehicle or trailer.
By making this reservation and staying at Whitetail Inn, you are taking responsbility for any damages to property, stains, or smells and will be charged accordingly.
